Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan won the gold medal in the men's javelin throw at the 2024 Paris Olympics with a throw of 92.97 meters, setting a new Olympic record ¹ ² ³. He is the first Pakistani athlete to win an individual Olympic medal and the first to win a gold medal in track and field ¹ ⁴ ³. Nadeem also won gold at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and silver at the 2023 World Athletics Championships ³.
