The Diary Game: 09.04.2025 || My First Abdominal Ultrasound Exam

Yesterday, my father scheduled an appointment with an Assistant Professor Doctor to address some of my health concerns. The doctor began seeing his patients at Popular Diagnostic Center in Rangpur at 4 p.m. I was a little nervous and excited about my doctor's appointment since the morning.

A few moments after lunch my father and I went to the railway station to catch the train to Rangpur. I was glad to get the seats on the train. The train left the station after 3.15 pm.

By the time we reached the doctor's chamber at the Popular Diagnostic Center in the afternoon, very few patients had left for their appointments prior to my serial diagnosis. I had the opportunity to meet with the doctor after only waiting for a short moments. I was relieved that I did not have to wait long.

The doctor listened to my health problem, completed some routine check-ups and recommended some medical tests for diagnosis. One of those tests was known as an abdominal ultrasound exam. I have never undergone this medical test before in my life.

Before my last test, my father and I had some snacks and tea in the evening. After finishing all of the medical tests, we collected the results and met with the doctor again. After reviewing the reports, the doctor identified a problem with me and prescribed some medications. He also wrote down the name of the test I would need to take after a month and suggested another appointment.

We went to the bus terminal after meeting with the doctor and purchasing the medicines. We got the bus to reach our town. I was watching movies while going home by bus.
