Easy and delicious salad of greens and shrimp
Today I made a light and tasty salad of greens and shrimp. It is a perfect option for those who watch their figure.
For the salad I used the following ingredients:
Greens spinach, green salad)
Shrimp
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
First, I rinsed the greens and dried them. Then I boiled the shrimp in salted water for 3-5 minutes.
After that, I chopped the greens and shrimp and added them to the bowl. I dressed the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
The salad turned out very flavorful and fresh. It goes great with crusty bread or toast.
