Today we cook a typical dish from my region, namely Aceh, called (kuah pliek) which stands out from this dish is its distinctive taste and there is a little sourness from the pliek itself, this pliek comes from fermented coconuts dried under the hot sun and then squeezed for oil called coconut oil after repeating this process several times so that pliek or patarana is obtained which is a typical Acehnese food,

How to cook it, first of all, various fresh vegetables are cut into small pieces until you get a lot of vegetables so that the taste is crowded, grated coconut to get coconut milk, while pliek or patarana is soaked first and then blended with spices, so that the texture of the sauce is soft, the spices are filtered and the dregs are thrown away

And then cooked with the vegetables, vegetables that are hard and take a long time to cook are put in first while those with a soft texture like eggplant are put in later so that they don't break
