Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my belog.How are you all I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today I came to L S-S22 w 2 Bakery course.Types of dough in the lesson to home task share with you.Today here first time I am participating this amazing and fruitful ful contest.really such amazing contest .I have also learnt a lot of different types of flour and dough .I am very Thankful to @eyenny-47 and @katerineo12 .she is arranging such a beautiful contest .And I would like the contest to continue as it is. because I am baking lover .it's my passion .The process of learning continues throughout a person's life and he keeps learning new things every day.And of course I am very glad that I learned a lot.

Let's move towards and starts.

Making a basic sweet bread

Ingredients

Wheat.500 g ( leave 50 GM's for sprinkling)
Salt1 table spoon
Egg.3. ( 2 for the dough 1 for varnishing)
Sugar.90 g
Butter.35 g
Dry test10 g
Milk.Warm milk( 75 ml)

Procedure

This is very important element of dough .If there is a slight mistake in this process, your dough will not rise properly.Especially for baking, the every thing ( Ingredients) must be properly measure.

First of all I am using one table spoon. Of sugar and 75 ml of warm milk and sugar then add yeast and mix in spoon .covered it and keep it in warm place in 15 minutes .after 15 minutes my yeast is good rise up .And bubbles started forming in it.

preparing for dough

First of all .I washed my hands .Cleaning is just as important as cooking.then I had starts dough making first of all I add in pen flour then add sugar ,egg,butter,yeast . Milk. I kneaded the dough with my hands .it's very easy process to dough making .

As we knead the dough, I knead the dough in the same way.At this stage the dough is very sticky.

I covered it dough for one hours .untill the dough becomes double and rise up .

second knead the dough

I sprinkle the flour of table .and divided dough approximately 50 gm .

I have made 50 gram round balls.then greased the tray in oil. After that I left it in this tray for 20 minutes.Put a cover over it in cloth. that it rises well.

After that I greased the tray in oil and all the balls kept in try and given space of two centimetre .after that I keep it and coved in clothes untill further rise up.

I brush the egg on them and sprinkle sugar and semamos seeds.in bun.and the other side pre heat the Ovan .then add the try in oven and leave for 30 minutes .after that my bun is ready to eat.

Of the type of dough presented in the class which one do you find most interesting and why?

puff pastry dough

In our class,we have learned about several types of dough,but I particularly like puff pastry dough for it's soft and smooth texture ,as well as it's tempting aroma.I ofen used it to make various dishes,and my children enjoy it very much.some of their favourite include creamy - filled pastries and chicken sandwiches .one of key benefits of puff pastry dough is it's versatility.it can be used for both sweet and savory dishes.i frequently prepare different recipes using this dough for various occasions,such as Eid,New year and birthday parties.

Tell your experience when you making sweet breads,did you have any complications,who would you recommended the recipe to and why?

Of course it was my best experience I had learnt many more new baking tricks and techniques My kids love sweet bun but at the first time I have made it.I follow our teacher s recipe .so I am very happy feel see my baking sweet buns.its very soft and tasty.and it's easy to cook easy to digest easy to budget.bread taste and texture is very well.my experience is successful.👍👍

Indicate the price in steem of a sweet bread equal to the one of you made .which is more feasible to do so,or to buy,explain?

The sweet bread in the market is priced up to Rs.80 to 100 rupees only one bread.While 130 .5rupees are being made in total.And it makes about 14 loaves of bread.So making it at home is very cheap and very good for health.

Me pareció que si los amasas un poco más te crecerán y su esponjosidad es la mejor en tu boca prueba amasarlos más y verás los resultados.
