Hello Every one,

Welcome to my belog .How are you all.I am @roohi Asif from Pakistan.Today I am here participating engagement challenge week 2.||classic vanilla and chocolate cake.I am very happy to participate with this contest. because I am pastry lover .well my beaking friends ,The most important think I noticed this home assistant ingredients and quantity which is just perfect this is my personal experience for making vanilla cake.very easy and simple method explained I am thanks for my friends @dasudi and@ lirvic.Of course, they have delivered a very good and fruitful homework to us.

Let's move towards and starts Today magical and delicious vanilla cake recipe.

have you ever any of these classic pastries at home? Tell us about experience?

Mostly the kids in my house love to eat chocolate brownies and fruit cakes and personally I am fond of making cookies .My son loves chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies.As a mother, I have to think a lot about the choice of my children.

Yesterday I made stuffed bun and And when I'm in the mood for baking, I also make pizza.Baking has its own fun, the more you enjoy it, the more involved you are.I really enjoy baking when things are measured.The smell of the cake is wonderful when it wafts through the house.

Make one of Two cakes presented detailed (Ingridents step by step) and indicate whether you followed the recipe we provided and prepared your traditional cake recipe.

Today I made classic vanilla cake.I have learned a lot through the pastry chef course.

The Ingridents to be used are the following

Flour.250gm
Eggs.3
Backing powder4 gm
Sugar.. 200gm
Butter.150 gm
Venella essence. 1 table spoon
Liquid milk.. 250ml

Measuring cup

How I made step by step

step1

In a single bowl I added powdered sugar and butter.Started blending with the help of an electric beater.And beat so well that the butter became creamy and fluffy.

I am using three eggs yolks.beat one by one in bowl then add egg white and beat in electric bitter .

Add 250 ml of milk.Milk should be neither cold nor hot and should be at room temperature.then add I table spoon of vanilla essence in mixture and mix it well .

Add all dry Ingridents flour and and backing powder Sift the baking powder flour into a separate bowl and add in mixture slowly mixed in spactula.only fold and mixed . there is no need to using electric beater .dry Ingridents should be mixed and add to the mixture by passing by through Stevie.

The oven will be kept for pre-hitting So that the temperature is just right during baking The temperature should normally be between 132 and 180 degrees.Take a mold and grease it with butter paper.then add the batter of in the mold .It takes 15 to 20 minutes to bake the cake..To make a cake, you measure the temperature a lot, because it is old ovan and it takes time to preheat.When cake it's ready, check it with a toothpick. If the toothpick is clean, it means the cake is fully cooked.

Final presentation of my cake

Now cake is ready .But we can't eat it too, it's too hot, it will be cold too, then we eat While the temperature will be normal, I will put it in the refrigerator to cool.so guys,my classic vanilla cake is ready to eat.

what was the difficult thing for you when preparing in the cake?

My ovan is old .so I was afraid it might have a temperature problem and burn out somewhere.If thank God there was no problem.
The other thing that gave me tension was that the cake must be fluffy.Very nice rise up cake.Alhamdulillah.It is a famous saying that practice makes perfect.

Do you have any special tips for making cake?share them?

The most basic difference in cooking meal and baking is accurate measuring and Ingridents quantity, that everything has to be perfect.The temperature of the ovan should be perfect.used all the ingridents in room temperature .Take the egg butter out of the Refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.Baking must have its own utensils like molds,cup cake try.
