Welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan It is a pleasure for me to participate in my favorite learning challenge when I saw the course outline I feel greet infact I love to learn more something about baking,and Steemit platform give me a golden apportunity by this weekly lessons given by our lovely teachers @dasudi and @lirvic by there first lesson of "Steemit Learning challenge Season 21 , so guys let's start with out ado and dives in magical sweet 🎂 🧁 world of pastry .
From this course We can learn some new presentation, creativity, tips and tricks together that will make our baking more easy and unique as before.l read carefully the first lesson and and complete the tasks that given us in first course that's belongs to basic concepts and utensils used in baking and methods , ingredients and preparation of cakes and desserts in my today,s post.
In lesson I learn several basic terms, in which mostly I knew and some are new terms for me and some were didn't, so I share my research and experiences terms or procedures that are basic in baking, these are ..
1 -Ready mold before baking
1-.well before baking we should greasing the cake tin by oil or butter / dusting flour Buttering and Flouring it's make easy when un mold the sponge from tin and also prevent bake cake from sticking or cracked . In fact, we all knew that when you done cake better /cake mix not stayed that for long term instantly put it on pre-heated oven .
2-.Topping or decorations
The presentation of the pastry had great fun when you finished it's creative task that gives your pastries more adorable and yummy,we all put any efforts on topping , lying in cake and add whipped cream ,fruits ,sprinkles and so on for make it eye catching and according to the choice of them like chocolate chunks ,melted chocolate syrup,fruits and cookie.
3 Whipping by hand blander /beater
These images Screen shot from my blog shared in platform by time to time in which I share how to whipped cream and cake mix evenly by electric blender Whipping term is used when beating eggs or cream until they are firm and form peaks , specially in starting we did not understand how to add sugar and flavers like coco powder ,colour and essence s during whipping always remembered that slowly increase speed of your blender and add ingredients little by little in pan for smooth fluffy and desired turned out .
Well guys I am frankly speaking to you I had no more utensils at my home for baking but I love to collect all of them as I said above I love baking and lucky my pastries are too good and my kids love to eat every day.This time I had cake molds, electric hand blander ,spatula, oiling brush ,oven , measuring cups .
The utensils that not in my kitchen this these are thermometer, Digital scale and different modes and cookies cutter .well I also need new oven that works more better as old one that I had in my kitchen in my opinion if you had skills and passion you did great job even you don't have more advanced Utensils my mom's told that ,but for more better results I will definitely purchase tools that I need soon , infact it's chefs waeopns
In my option right measurements of the ingredients or quantity make your baking joyfull and perfect and surly you will get apprications and love from your friends and family.I kept my measuring cups in shelf and used it during baking.
Well for basic pantry we need all purpose flour,butter,eggs,sugar ,coco powder,baking soda, whipped cream and essence so I share here below the ingredients list with price in steem .

I made 20 cup cakes from the ingredients
Well, for me, a pastry chef is defined by his knowledge and techniques that he uses, no need for the good tools / utensils that used in baking process actually that's not enough for good baking.Infact if I talk about my self I didn't have too tools or many verities of utensils but yes had basic tools that help my Baking process perfect and save my time ,I used my knowledge and skills learned by different course and personal experienced ,I don't really have many of those utensils, but my dedication and passionate thoughts turned out in fantastic and delicious ways .
My kids are fond of cakes and cookies,due to that I was start baking, initially I got not perfect results that I wants but practice makes man perfect now my baking products beats bakery cakes and cookies just because of my gradually groomed skills and knowledge that I got from online courses so I think that knowledge and skills are very important to carry out desired results .
Good to knew before starting your work about basic handling or concepts for baking I believed that in making accurate measurements of the ingredients , the temperatures, textures and complete recipe make your task easy and you will achieve spontaneous experience and results
For good pastry chef you need perfect ingredients ratios, correct techniques, knowledge with practical experiences, and the last but not least put your best with patients during baking because it's matters for good results, important thing is that you had creativity with passion make your baking joyful and everything goes smoothly and you got good results ☺️.

Así es amiga, para realizar un buen trabajo de repostería es más importante los conocimientos, técnicas, habilidades que los utensilios, porque muchas veces tenemos las herramientas pero no sabemos utilizarlas, así que ambos pueden ir de la mano, necesitamos algunos implementos necesarios para realizar nuestro trabajo pero es imprescindible tener los conocimientos para usarlos.
