SLC season 21 week 2 ||classic vanilla and chocolate cake||

Greetings Everyone

I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to participate again in second week in Steemit learning challenge season:21 .I really appreciate and happy when saw the course of this week the practical demonstration with complete recipe of basic sponges vanilla and chocolate cakes ,both are our super easy and I decide to follow the complete recipe that taught by the teacher in second week course so guys let's start my blog I hope you all are being with me till end.Contest post link share here

Friends I am talking about my experiences truly here in start my baking was not too good ,I never followed recipes and not care about ingredients measurements so that time I didn't knew that how important all of these for good baking 😕 😕 ,but gradually day by realized that why my sponge of the cake some time perfect rise and fluffy or sometime even I followed same recipe at last I understand that in baking approximately not allowed for desire results must care in ingredients weighs and measurements ,I work on my mistake and now I proudly say that my baking is super hit and favorite in all my family and friends ❤️

I made last year red velvet cake and that was really liked by my hubby,the cheese cream flavor made it very special,I baked this cake on my wedding anniversary 😍

Now by the grace of almighty and my passion towards made me able to baked easily my love once favorite bakery items ,I baked donuts 🍩, Brownies and different flavors of cake like chocolate, vanilla,pine apple ,fruits cakes ,tea cake , different kinds of cookies easily at my home, guys patients and dedication one day definitely pay you back .

so finillay I am good in baking alhudulliah just because of my interest and love to learn more techniques and recipes about baking honestly when I saw the pastries course will learn in season 21 I am extremely glad and willing to learn from my beloved teacher @dasusi and my warmly good wisher to her ,we all have to get benefits from this short course given by Steemit team as well .

Well for home taste I love to prepared *chocolate cake on my kids demand ,the recipe I am following it's not completely given in course but some steps are similar it's traditional recipe of my mother so I like to share here the complete recipe with ingredients list I hope you will learn and enjoy baking in my style....

Things we need

Coffeeone tbs resolved in water

How I made step by step

Step : 1

In first step I add one table spoon of viniger in one cup liquid milk and leave it for 5 to 20 minutes🥣

Now in the same bowl I added powder sugar and butter and blended then by my hand mixer very well till mixture was creamy and fluffy texture .Then added 2 whole eggs mixture and again whisk the better evenly.

Step :2

Now in Second Step I added dry ingredients for that swhich were all purpose flour,baking powder,coco powder,salt and dissolved coffee in mixture and mixed the bake batter by cut and fold method by using wooden spetulla.

Step :3

Now put in my home made pre heated oven means on pan few weeks ago my over not working properly so today I used for baking a large pan and put stand in the center of the pan then put cake tin and covered the lid for 35 to 45 minutes on low to medium flam.

Final presentation

After 30 minutes I was checked out the doneness by tooth pick insert in it and I saw the clear tooth pick so I off the flame and let it cool .

Now the chocolate cake is ready my kids really happy when saw the yummy cake and they enjoyed in dinner 😋😋.

✓ What was the most difficult thing for you when preparing the cake?

Well friends honestly!!!! When I put my cake mould in the oven I worried about that it will rise or not by the time ???? 😅😅 and every few minutes I saw my cake sponge are it rising as shown on video of recipe that I followed ..... hehehehe.The top of the decorations I really enjoyed but some time after filling piping bag I wanted to make flowers or any motive perfectly but unfortunately every time new results I got ,I think may be imperfection but never loose my hopes and done 👍.

The other difficulty I felt ,when my sponge of the cake were ready and I am going to whipped,cream some time cream are very easily whipped and fluffy texture in texture but some time I repeated the same method but it would never more fluffy as before .I love experiments and fusion creater but some time it will goes wronge 😁😁

In the light of my poor experiencese for good baking 3 ps are involved

    Baking is an art and creativity similarly there is no hubs and boundaries for that s job so take your time and enjoy the process!

Friends for good cake baking we need many things to remember like combination of the right ingredients, follow proper recipe till end and the baking timing also very important for that ,Here are some tips to help you bake a delicious cake .

  • Read complete Thoroughly,The ratio or measurements would be accurate,Used fresh and new products in cake life baking powder,coco powder not too these items directly effected on cake rising process.

  • Always used ingredients at room temperature eggs, butter, and other refrigerated ingredients bring out and used when it will at room temperature then start mixing processed infact the combination of the ingredients would more easily and evenly done.

My little prince enjoyed cake in today's dinner

  • Beaten Butter and Sugar very well if it is in the recipe and don't over mix the dry ingredients like all purpose flour ,by first pre heated your oven before starting your baking procedure.Used wooden spetulla for mixing better.

  • Used tooth pick to check the doneness of the cake by insert if it comes dry your cake is font but it's became sticky need few more minutes .last and most important top is that allows the cake cool completely and shifted at wire rack after demoted the cake It will prevent the sogginess of cake .
