I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here again to be a par of this amazing lesson task "SLC21-W5 // Gelatina". Gelatin is one of the most favourite sweet and i made it often for .y family.
Lets move to the lesson tasks:

Have you ever prepared gelatin at home? Tell us about your experience.

Yes i have prepared many times gelatin at home. I made simple gelatin and used it in different desserts for dressing like custards, labesheerin . My family love simple jelly of blueberries flower.
I just make 2-3 desserts with jelly.

My family loves to eat only jelly or with custard 🍮. Vanilla custard with banana jelly is my favourite. I used strawberry jeely when i make Strawberry moose but my kids don't like moose. Best combo of my jelly in my family is with custard.

Make a creative gelatin, you can use fruits, creams, sweets, cream, cocoa, coffee among others (detail utensils, ingredients and step by step).

Today im making jelly with the same creation that is given in post. I tried first time jelly dressing with condense milk topped with gummies.

Utensils

Ingredients :

100 gr of gelatin
220 ml of water
Condensed milk to taste
Gummies to taste

Making :

  • Measure the jelly according to the recipe amount. Pour water in a pan by measuring cup. Turns on the flame.

  • Pour the jelly powder in pan and start heating it. Until it dissolve. Cook it for some time more. Then take out this mixture in servings bowl.

  • Cool it down for few minutes and transfer it to a seving bowl. Refrigerat it for 1-2 hrs .Now decorate it with cearmal on top of jelly

Did you encounter any difficulties in making your gelatin?

No, there is no difficulties if you make powder gelatin. When i use china grass there is difficulties to dissolve them properly and it takes some more time to dissolve in water.

Do you have any special tips for making gelatin? Share them.

If you are using china grass (gelatin stripes) dissolve them in cold water then jeat it ,it prevents lumps formation. Milk is mould by adding gelatin and sugar to it.its taste was like pudding . We all enjoyed it.

I made this jelly for my youngest daughter but we all enjoyed it at dinner time. Rahima was happy to have this dessert that changed our mood happy.
