Actually Binance is not a scam, but sometimes when they have discovered there have lack of security on your account or someone need to hack your account, they must help you to secure your account by recommending you to verify your identity.
So just do as they have recommend you to verify your identity in order for them to secure your account, otherwise you'll not be have access to withdraw your funds forever and do not claim that binance is scam publicly, because you may be sued for giving fake news.
