Yes, for the long hours of work. Employees could indulge their break time with comfort. And that’s the companies’ responsibility, not just to provide safety among employees but also comfort.

I never thought that a power nap could be these important. Thankfully, I do power naps every break.

I got scolded by my superior after seeing me drooling and taking a nap at my work shift. I regret it and realized that I need to join the corporate wellness program.

I am not a morning person and I tend to go to sleep late. that's why afternoon rest really refreshed my body and mind.

These other companies took care of their employees very well. they just don't give them a relaxing place to rest but they also think that it could potentially help them think clearly after break.
