I will pick Orange for this week , because it's winter. In winter orange is best for dehydration. We mostly forget to drink water in that case our foot and skins dries. To fulfill the water deficiency we can drink orange.

Eat orange can bring freshness in body. When you are tired you can eat orange. If you drink orange it will boost your immune system. Eat orange can resist different viral infection. Especially chest infection. It can be used after fatty diet. It will help in the absorption of the hard food in stomach. Orange contain acid , which is best for digestion . Why I choose orange , because it is the season fruit and our body need seasonal fruit to fight against the germs and get the full benefits out of orange.t are There are many many healthy benefits as the other fruits have.

Natural fruit have the ability to fight against any disease. Yes it's right that natural fruit will keep us from hospital. But everything in the universe wants stability and equilibrium. If you eat more it could be fatal . If we eat more It could be bad for your sugar level. It could increase our calcium level could damage our kidney. So eat every fruit in a moderate level.
