There are enormous healthy benefits but I will discuss few out of it.

• It reduce cholesterol level, regulate blood pressure and reduce heart disease because it contains fibers, potassium and antioxidant.
• It regulates bowl movements because it contains dietary fibers.
• It reduces lungs and breast cancer because it contains phytonutrients and antioxidant.
• It helps the memory and congnitive function because it contains powerful antioxidant.
• it helps in lungs function specially it reduce inflammation.

Yes I believe in it because the creator of this universe has created everything for a purpose. if we eat balance diet like fruit, vegetables and meat t will keep us physically and mentally fit and strong.
