Q-01:-Tell us about your favourite fruit of the week.

Answer :-

This week I bought several types of fruits from the market. Such as: - Banana, Guava, Grapes and Pomegranate. But among these fruits, Pomegranate is my favorite. I used to love eating Pomegranate since I was very young. Because I liked its small red seeds very much. So this week my favorite fruit is: - Pomegranate.

Q-02 :-What are the health benefits of your favourite fruit.

Answer :-

The health benefits of my favourite fruit are:-

  1. Pomegranate is a fruit full of nutrients.
  2. This fruit helps control blood pressure in humans.
  3. Pomegranate helps relieve bone pain.
  4. Reduces the risk of heart disease in humans to a large extent.
  5. Increases memory.
  6. If someone's hemoglobin in the blood is low, eating this fruit increases hemoglobin in the blood.
  7. It is beneficial in diabetes. However, those who have excessive diabetes should eat this fruit a little less.

Q-03 :-Do you believe that regular consumption of natural fruit can keep you and your family away from hospital? Justify your answer.

Answer :-

I absolutely believe that regular consumption of natural fruit can keep me and my family away from hospital.

So now i explain in my word:-

The contribution of fruits in increasing the body's immunity is immense. Various types of fruits meet the needs of our body for vitamins, minerals and water. Natural fruits of our country such as: - mango, java plum, jackfruit, palm, litchi, watermelon, safeda, melon, jamrul, guava, amra and pomegranate etc. can be found. Research shows that these fruits play an important role in increasing the body's immunity. Our country's mango, jam, jackfruit, palm, pomegranate, litchi and watermelon etc. contain beta carotene, vitamin E folate, various types of antioxidants such as carotenoids, lycopene etc. Beta carotene or vitamin A helps us maintain good eyesight. Beta carotene and vitamin C do not allow fat to accumulate in the blood vessels and reduce the risk of various types of cancer. Watermelon contains a lot of magnesium which keeps the heart healthy and keeps the heart rate stable. On the other hand, we get vitamin C from guava and amla. Consuming fruits rich in vitamin C while consuming iron-rich foods increases the absorption of iron in the body.
100 grams of guava contains = 228 mg of vitamin C, 100 grams of amla contains = 435 mg of vitamin C. And a person needs about 75 mg of vitamin C every day. So one guava or 2/3 amla is enough to meet the daily vitamin C requirement. The fiber in any fruit also helps in removing waste, excess cholesterol and some cancer-causing substances from the body. Among the local fruits, black jam, guava, bell, atafal, etc.1.5 to 5 grams of dietary fiber is available in every 100 grams of black jam, guava, bell, atafal, etc. Bananas and green coconut contain a lot of potassium. For this reason, these two fruits are considered nutritious fruits for pregnant mothers. So from the above analysis, we can understand that our body's needs for many types of vitamins are fulfilled from these fruits. If I eat these fruits regularly, then I can provide my body with sufficient nutrition and vitamins. And if my body gets sufficient vitamins and nutrients, then my diseases are also reduced to a large extent. Because I think that many of our diseases are caused by the deficiency of various vitamins, nutrients and minerals in the body.
