Food prices should be higher
House prices should be lower
The bank makes 3-4x the price of the house
when they have never provided any labor or materials for that house.
The way our housing market works is it forces the newest, youngest buyers to outcompete (pay more for) all the previous buyers of the house.
Only because of mortgages can a young buyer ever think of doing this.
And then they are debt slaves for the rest of their lives.
This setup, this monetary system is abhorrent, evil.
On the other side, we have farmers squeezed from both sides to produce as much as they can, and sell it for as little as possible. And this is our food industry.
A construction minded person can build their own home.
Usually it takes about three years for a man to build his dream home by himself.
Three years, not thirty years of his life.
These cracker jack homes shouldn't cost a person more than a year of their life.
And apartment/condo shouldn't cost a person more than three months of their life.
Where do we get off telling the newest person in the housing market that they should indebt themselves THIRTY YEARS?
This is absurd, and we should have never let this happen.
But, as you know, the Federal Reserve Act was signed into law after most of congress went home for Christmas, and signed into law by Woodrow Wilson on Dec 23, 1913. Thus selling out the american people for 110 years thus far.
Farmers growing food have been manipulated and robbed since the dawn of agriculture.
What the banks do is loan a young farmer money to buy a farm... wait until he has a bad year (and he will) then get the farm back (for free) and sell it to another young farmer.
Today, we have made it even worse for farmers.
Squeezed between a Monopoly and a Monopsony they have to produce as much as cheaply as possible and hope to never stumble on this conveyor belt.
(Monopsony is where you have only one buyer. There are 10 corporations that encompass all the food you see in stores. They have pretty much have complete control over the price that will be paid for harvests)
Farmers are working themselves to death for paltry payments.
We should pay a lot less for houses. And we will.
We should pay a lot more for food. And pay it directly to farmers that we know, for food that we can count on.
And, this is our future.
The suburban housing market will go to zero.
And people will pay whatever they can for whatever food they can get.
Out of this comes a lot more people living on homesteads. Small communities of people making their groups very independent. Knowing where their food comes from, and how it was grown, because they grew it.
The idea of relying on a grocery store will seem absurd to people of the future.
(Especially after the grocery stores fail everyone so badly.
Fail in the ability to provide nutritious food. (it is worse than you think)
Fail to provide necessary food (eat your bugz)
Fail to provide food at all)
We are not just entering a financial recession, we are entering a societal reshuffling.
A whole new set of what is important is emerging.
Reordering what we consider important.
Like cryptos is changing how we see money, this will flow over into all other aspects of life.
