The Commercial Real Estate Market Is Hugely Dying

Even bigger, and going down faster than the real estate housing market, that i usually talk about, is commercial real estate.

Commercial real estate faced a double whammy with Covaids. Many small stores and restaurants where wiped out by the lockdowns. Further, many people started to work from home, and thus, corporations didn't need as big of a building for employees. And now that the lockdowns are over, many people are refusing to go back to work. They are demanding work from home options.

So, commercial real estate today is sitting half empty, and the loans are coming due (refinanced every 5 years) with interest rates sky high, this means that a lot of commercial real estate companies are going to go bankrupt, and a lot of banks are going to die.

This is a difficult thing to write about because i must take a lot of desperate data and put it all together, and calculate what T.H.E.Y. are thinking, and work out their plans. And then i must put it into a cohesive whole, here. Try not to lose people, and keep it plausible.

We all know that retail is dying. It is in the news (or at least in the alt media that i watch).

Businesses have closed because of lockdowns.
Businesses have closed due to "mostly peaceful protests".
Businesses are closing because of looting.
Businesses are closing because we are in a depression, (unannounced) and no one is buying.

This is leaving a lot of retail space empty.

Work-from-home has resulted in many big buildings being left empty. And so, many of these are being abandoned, given back to the bank, sold at 10¢ on the dollar.

Commercial real estate loans are usually only 5 years long. And they get refinanced every 5 years. However, now, the interest rates are MUCH higher, AND the property values are much lower. This means that someone is going to have to pay. And that will be the banks. The commercial real estate investors are toast.

This was all planned (maybe)

If you didn't know, all the "mostly peaceful, but fiery" protests were all in areas that were slated for reconstruction. This wasn't a riot, this was a plan to get cheap land, insurance money, and to control the best property in the city.

This is the way the elite think. They can destroy a system and build it back up.

Banks used to give a mortgage on a farm, and then, when the farmer inevitably had a bad year, the farm would revert back to the bank, and then mortgaged to a new farmer… repeat.

Now they have plans to make 15 minute cities. So, they are clearing off that land now. Crash the system, buy up everything for pennies on the dollar, and then start up a new system.

This is a plan to take over and control everything.

This is the GREAT RESET. The reset has to happen, because they didn't forgive loans every 7 years. Then it builds up, and the system is destroyed. A reset happens. And, being the evil people that they are, they feel they can trick God, and end up with all the wealth, by having a "separate" corporation buy all the assets.

The elite really think they can play a shell game with God and win.

The plan - or what is a 15 Minute City

We have read dystopian sci-fi stories where the world is divided into "free" areas and corporation owned areas.

Where, you basically have a small city that is centred around a corporation. Usually with walls to keep out all the thieves and ne'er-do-wells (the starving masses that don't have a corporate job).

And this is what a 15 minute city will be.

What? Did you think it would just be lots of mom&pop businesses in a tight, downtown feeling area? Sorry, that stuff doesn't work. Never has. You need a central driver. Like a bunch of farms, and so you have a city with all the stores to support what the farmers need.

Today we have huge cities, but they have really started with industry and/or commerce. The industry is first, the town is built around providing what the industry needs.

And so, a 15 minute city will be built around a corporation's need. It will be owned and controlled by a corporation. There will be no real freedom. If you want to be there, you have to follow the corporations rules. They own the land and you are their employee. So, you are at their mercy.

The fault in the plan

There is one big problem with the elite's plans. They are destroying the system to build it back. Like, revitalizing the downtown area. But, things are changing.

The elite plan to build fully automated factories (and own/control them all), they are even trying to make fully automated farms.

The problem with this is that once you are able to automate something, then anyone else can automate it too. It is one thing when you needed million dollar injection molders to make parts, and another when anyone can 3D print it.

So, the elite's plan to control everything, and replace everyone with robots, simultaneously opens this to everyone, and drives prices (profits) to zero. The control slips out of their fingers as they try to tighten their grip.

And the elite end up with nothing.

How to build a commune (family)

Many people have created communes. They get a piece of land, build some buildings, and people show up to take advantage of the free food, drugs and sex.

This is a problem with how people who are not entrepreneurs think. They believe in the utopia where food is free, and all they have to do is enjoy themselves. If only someone would give them a house and EBT they could live peacefully, and all of the world would be wonderful.

But, who makes the goods? Who grows the food?

For the groups that form in the future, mentally, the group needs to be based on people of similar thinking, physically they need to be centered around growing food to feed themselves and a business that creates something that can be traded.

Growing food and making goods is the basis for a community.
The only difference between this and the corporate dystopian city is who owns it.

In a community, where the community owns everything, then things have to be worked out between people who care about the community. (sometimes hard, but people are generally working for better situations)

When a corporation owns it, it is not too long before a psychopath is in charge of it. And a psychopath doesn't care for anyone. Thus, you end up feeling like you are working in a soul sucking job. Working for a boss who doesn't care about you, because you are.

The future is going to be neat. However, you are going to have to grow your own food.
