The Old Is Dying, and the New Is Emerging - Knowing Where To Invest

Most everything that has been an old standby in investing over the last 100 years, is going away. Like buggy whips. The new paradigm will see so many things change; especially what we consider valuable.

This will be a shock to many, especially the old people, but will be completely obvious to many who see the new world emerging.

Stocks

Stocks are a really weird thing. If i was offering these thingamabob, that you pay $100 for, and every year they print out some money for you. How much would you sell that for? How much would you sell it for if there are only a few of these in existence? This is what we are doing when buying and selling stocks. It is just really weird.

No one would sell theirs. And this is probably what has happened. A few people own all the stock, and what is traded is phantom shares. Everyone will wake up one day and find the stock market gone.

Further, in the future, there are no corporations. They are evil. Soon, no one will deal with evil entities. And no one will sell stock in their family's business.

Commodities

Would you trade wheat if it meant people starved? That you were shown, direct correlation between your selling of a wheat futures contract, and not enough wheat produced to feed everyone.

With commodities trading there shouldn't be any speculators in the market. NONE!

Only people who produce the commodity and people who use that commodity should be in the market. Anything else should be betting on that market, if that is what gets your jollies.

Also, it is very harmful to the world to buy up a large amount of a commodity, and then dump it on the market. Like people who buy up copper like others do gold. All of these mines who are working at a mostly constant rate, suddenly have all their production bought up (time to expand?) and then just as suddenly have no one to sell their product to when the person dumps the commodity on the market.

Commodities of the future will be between creators and users. Everyone else will not be allowed to participate. And this will be moved to the blockchain, so we will know the abusers.

Real Estate

This market will be turned inside out.

Like, how dare a society leave someone to sleep out in the elements.
This is what we do when we set the bar too high for some of the people.

We have divvied up all the property and assigned owners to it. Which, from a free market point of view is completely acceptable. However, this is not a free market. This is a system where the person just born has to pay more than all the previous owners. And it is further messed up with banksters playing games with the prices and the money as well as govern-cements and rich people hoarding it all

There is plenty of land. There is unused land everywhere.

In the future, a person will be called a care-taker of the land. And, if you aren't taking care of the land, you can be usurped by someone who will. This means that each person will only have so much land, that they can take care of. And the rest will be unused. Where someone could go out and start a homestead. Empty spaces in between each person's borders.

(and cities will be gone)

Derivatives - the entire financial market

Derivatives will just be turned into smart contracts. And these things won't be laying around with piles of currency tied up in them. They will trigger by their code, and pay out.

The same with the rest of the financial market.
Insurance - just a smart contract.
Loans, bonds - just more smart contracts.

Wall street property is going to be pretty empty soon.

Things are going to radically change. Like, instead of taxes, it will be crowd funding. Imagine contributing to exactly what you want to help finance, and nothing else?

The entire old system is going to crash under its own weight.

Realize this and invest in the new.
Try to get your money out of the old, but for many it is already too late.
So, be prepared to just leave that old stuff in the trash bin.
Do not let it weigh you down like an anchor.

Of course, all of us in the crypto space have been like, when is it going to happen? Why hasn't everyone adopted crypto yet? Its coming.
