Nebraska. Not that locked down. But mask mandates are the norm. It's nuts to walk into a restaurant and have to wear a mask to a table and then take it off. It's pointless. And the masks don't work. Take it form someone who works in a prison and watched all my fellow masked staff, and some with n95, catch it with very little exposure to the Covid positive inmates.
