Assalamu Alaikum Steem's Friends. Greetings to you all. I am fine and hope you are doing well in your lives. May Allah bless us all with health and wellness Aameen. My today's post is about. 7th Traditional Food Weekly Challenge Today I am sharing about Japanese Traditional Food SUSHI.

Raw fish with rice and seaweed to make sushi. Nori, a form of seaweed, is caught using submerged bamboo nets. While some sushi is made by machines, the best sushi is made by hand. Sushi rolls are made by selecting fish that fulfill the highest fat, color, and flavor standards. Small pieces of fish are chopped up and mixed with spices like ginger root by the sushi chef. Sushi is frequently flavored with wasabi and soy sauce. To flavor the rice used to surround the fish and seasonings, the chefs employ a sort of vinegar created from fermented rice. The roll is then sealed with seaweed.

We always go in two type sushi restaurants one is expensive counter sushi where sushi chef take order from you and make fresh sushi in front of your eyes. They serve sushi on wooden palte with ginger pickle and wasabi and traditional Japanese ocha tea 🍵.

This is cheap sushi plater one piece is maximum ¥110 ~ ¥350. In this restaurant a sushi conveyor belt with sushi plates roam around tables but this palte I ordered for take out from restaurant and ate it at home
