STEP BY STEP WAYS TO PREPARE A DELICIOUS AFANG SOUP

My fellow Steemit, I will love you to follow me step-by-step and see how this delicious soup is prepared.
Firstly, I pluck the Afang Leaf/Ukazi, wash it and dry it. I slice the leaf and grind it with a grinder then set it aside.

Next step isolate my water leave wash and slice them then I set it aside.

I go over to my periwinkle, I wash it carefully with salt and set it aside.

Now it's time for me to wash my meat with salt. N/B: the reason why I'm using salt to wash my meat is to remove Sand if there was any and also to make the meat have a good taste.

I also wash my fish with hot water reason why I'm using hot water is to make the fish strong.

I will now bring my already washed meat, cow skin, periwinkle, fresh fish and stock fish put them in a pot, I then add seasoning, Pepper, salt and onions for steaming for about 10 to 15 minutes depends on how strong your cow skin are. N/B: I didn't add water I only allowed it teamed with the water that was drained from those ingredients.

I now add my water leave with a little palm oil, allowed it to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes before I add my pepper, seasoning and salt, then I allowed it to cook for 2 minutes.

Finally, I add my Grind Afang, crayfish and enough palm oil then I allowed it to cook for 3 minutes. Guess what.....
My delicious afang soup is ready.
