Assalamu alaikum
how are you all? Hope everybody is doing well. I am also well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah.

I went on a trip to Dinajpur 2 days before today. My friend and I left on a motorcycle. As soon as we went to Dinajpur, we saw some women in the street. They are working on the land to make a living. The women are growing garlic and potatoes in the land. That's why I capture the camera on some Chi phone. So one must say that girls are not less than men. No other work can be considered small. All kinds of work should be respected. Nowadays girls are also engaged in various activities. Even then I shared some things.

Women from poor families do not get good jobs because they are uneducated. So they are engaged in agricultural work. But in this case, even if they do equal work, they do not get equal pay as men. In our society, women are neglected in all areas.

It is said that Radhe tied her hair. Women are the main driving force of our society. On the one hand, they are moving forward in the workplace in the same rhythm with the men as they are managing the house. In rural areas women are engaged in agricultural work. In agricultural work they are engaged in crop seed sorting, seed preservation, seed planting, crop sifting etc.

They do not get the same respect as men. Middle and high school girls get opportunity to study. Due to which they get opportunity to work in different fields of work. And those who are less educated work in different factories. The contribution of women in the garment industry is immense. 80% of the people in the garment industry are women.

Highly educated girls are engaged in various prestigious professions such as doctors, teachers, lawyers and in various government jobs. In this field they can work in equal rhythm with men.So we should get women involved in all kinds of work then get respect and dignity.
