Life is full of ups and downs, and we all have experienced terrible moments in the past, but for us to move forward in life, we need to let go of the past and start a new beginning.

For you, it is important to remember the past, or vice versa, the past must be forgotten. Give me your opinion.

In some way, it's good to remember the last, especially all the joyful times we spent with our loved ones, and created good memories.
When we stay and are taught about it, we will just be smiling because it was a very good experience for us.

The past should only be remembered for good reasons and not for bag reasons, which is something that will fill our hearts with joy

In most cases, I think the past should be forgotten so that we can move on for a better future.

Remembering the past will only draw us back snd delay us from achieving our goals in life because when we think about our sad moments or the times that we have failed in our plans to become successful we will be discourage to try again.

This is one of the reasons why I think that the oast should be forgotten so that our tomorrow will be bright.
You can't have a better tomorrow if you continue to think about yesterday all the time
This statement says it all, Remembering the past, especially our sad moments, will only make devastated and spoil our mood, so I do believe that we should let go of the past and move forward.

If there was a Time Machine. What moments would you like to see again, from the past that you have gone through? Tell us about that moment.

The moment that I will love to see again is my childhood moments where I play different kinds of play with my friends who we are no longer together due to the journey of life and our quest to become successful.

My friends were like siblings to me and I will forever remember them because we had good time in our childhood days, but now we are gradually growing up and we have separated from each other because we all have different goals to achieve in life.

We always do things together and the moment that melted my heart was when my friends contributed money and bought a bangle for me as a birthday gift, then we were very tender and have no ideas of how friends celebrated their birthdays, because we all taught everything is about cake and drink.
But my friends surprised me with this special gift a moment that I will never forget in my entire life.
I always wish for this moment to come back so we can have fun with my friends because on the special day my friends celebrated with me and we all had fun together.

You have to think about the future or just let it flow. Give your opinion.

For me, I don't have to think about the future because everything is in the hands of God almighty. Life is too short for me to be thinking about the future.
I only work hard and make sure that everything is well with me, I also make plans for the future but I have never for once sat and stress myself about it because I believe God will see me through.

My country Nigeria is facing lots of challenges and difficulties, so my everyday prayer is for me to be alive to see the witness the next day.

We all come to this world with nothing. We struggle to acquire everything, and in the end, we go back with nothing.
So why killing myself for the future instead of enjoying the life that God has given to me ?
For me, i just let everything flow because as far as there's life, there's hope.

In your opinion, that bad past is an experience for the future. (True or not) why?

Yes, of course, because what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and that is why no matter our difficult times, we should try and endure it because it is preparing us for the future.
We all have experienced broken relationships, betrayal from those we hold dear to our hearts, and also being played by those we genuinely love.
All this experience teaches us to trust no one because the world is a wicked place.

We have had failed plans, unsuccessful journey to become successful just like myself hear who have experience challenges in life but all this experience is only preparing me for the future so that when am successful I will be a motivation to others.

So overall, I do believe that our sad past is an experience that will help us in the future.
