Hello friends of steemians
The mountain cold has been normal for me for a while now, even though I'm shivering, I still wake up early and start the day with a cup of coffee, coincidentally today I didn't go to the garden because there was an event I had to attend.
One of my cousins is having a party tomorrow, and it is customary for us siblings to help with the preparations starting two days before the event starts, and at around 8am we will leave for the house.
Unlike my village, here I saw something extraordinary, the people here always work together to help with all the preparations if someone is holding an event, and this togetherness is known as rewang, where the villagers contribute their energy and money, of course this really helps the host who is holding the event.
Everyone present will be busy with their own affairs, the men start making cakes which have also become a tradition and later the cakes will be distributed to the residents present, although the process of making these cakes is quite long and tiring, but because it is done together it will be easy.

Everyone seemed busy, except for me, there wasn't much I could do, so I just paced around to look busy😂 and time continued to pass, but people still seemed busy, until lunch time arrived, we all ate together with delicious dishes
All the families, relatives and neighbors gather today, moments like this are very valuable and awaited by the host, regardless of tradition, moments like this can indeed make us more enthusiastic when holding an event.

It was getting late in the day, and the residents also started to return to their respective homes because there was no more work to do, and now it was the turn of the wedding stage workers to be on duty, they had to wait for a quiet time to put up their wedding stage tents, even though it took quite a long time, but they were used to doing it.
As I said before, I didn't do much, even almost didn't help at all, so I just spent time playing with my cellphone until now, enveloped in the very cold cool air, while lying down and enjoying a cup of coffee, this is where I am now trying to share the extraordinary moments that I felt today, and that also closes our meeting this time, thank you and see you again on another occasion
