A citizen is an individual that is born within the territory of a country and the parents or his grandparents are citizens of that particular country. Being a citizen of a country demands that the person is born in that particular country although we have other ways of acquiring citizenship.

Citizenship is a relation that connects an individual with the country he or she lives in. Citizenship can simply be referred to as an individual's nationality. A citizen of a country is saddled with somany rights and freedom which is called the fundamental human right, this is where a citizen derives joy in their respective countries.

  • Law Abiding

A citizen of a country should be law abiding. Failure to abide by the law of his country will be punished and it is very sad that a citizen of a country is causing problems and tagging a bad name to his country. Having law abiding citizens is the joy of every country and that is what makes a country a better nation.

  • Payment of taxes

Payment of taxes are needed to be paid as it is very important. Those taxes are the money we pay into the government pulse for the growth of the country as it is honestly used by the government.

  • Voting

It is a citizen's right to vote and be voted for, during the election. If others are eligible to be contestants then other citizens should go out to cast their votes for their favourites candidates.
