Hello great steemians, I am much grateful to be among the contestants in this very contest topic about the benefits of saving money. We all know money serves as a tangible and valuable asset used in acquiring things either for consumer consumption or investment. Before now the trade by barter system was the form of exchange and settling of human desires, money came into existence to fight some problems faced by the barter system and mostly settlement of debts. I will love to use the content hints to outline the benefits
What do you think about saving money for the future
Saving is very essential in human life, it's the main stir in human earnings and riches. Most rich people started small by saving a coin to having bags of coin. Saving is very necessary just like human life, we apparently have three major reasons of saving money either for day to day running of activities at home or workplace. Some people save money for precautionary motive where they save incase of necessities like payment of hospital bills and so on. The most productive motive of saving money is speculative motive where money is saved for future plans maybe for empowerment, starting a business or completion of projects.
Saving money for the future is very important because it helps fight against poverty and unforseen circumstances that may lead to borrowing from the financial institutions.
Do you save money, what ways have you adopted to save money
I am really good at saving money for the future, that most of my friends keep their money with me because they believe that I will my mind off the money till when it's needed in the future. Have adopted so many ways, firstly keeping them in my bank and also giving it out for business then getting it back with interest attached. Before I got my smartphone I was so bothered how I will save up to get one without using it for other purposes but I set up my mind high for the smartphone, I placed it as my highest priority using the opportunity cost technique.
What was the different ways that was used to save money in the past
Before now, our fathers had many criteria they used in saving money. In the olden days bottle was buried to the ground with money inside, the bottle which help protect against termite damage. Saving as been of ages and will still be necessary to humans, most aged people keep their money under the pillow or inside a bowel.
Saving is one the main priority for business minded people, investors, entrepreneurs and household keepers.
