😈 Unknowingly, bad cholesterol attacked my body.

This morning before going to school I visited the Vinka Rosea clinic to have a blood test, I had not had a blood test for 6 years, and I was curious about the results.

Previously, I often felt numbness in my legs if I squatted for too long, during the day my head often felt depressed and heavy, my neck also felt burdened. Therefore, I tried to do a blood test, I suspected that I had gout symptoms.

After the nurse took blood samples from my body, it was a shock to learn that I had high cholesterol, not gout. The result of my cholesterol test reached 261, the normal limit should be below 200.

Then I consulted with a doctor to prevent this disease, I got new knowledge that cholesterol is a disease that makes fat accumulation in the blood, there are many foods that can cause bad cholesterol so it must be taken care not to eat too much.

The doctor said, one of the most dangerous foods is consuming fried foods or foods sold outside, I was curious and asked why buk doctor?

The doctor also explained that food sold outside uses the same oil repeatedly, such oil is very harmful to the body and increases bad cholesterol levels.

In addition, the doctor also advised me to avoid fatty foods such as meat, offal, chicken skin and exercise regularly. It was true what the doctor had said that I had been consuming these foods frequently in the past few months.

🩸Treating bad cholesterol with cupping.

During the day, I searched many articles on how to treat cholesterol quickly, I don't want to just depend on the drugs given by the doctor. Some articles suggest doing therapeutic cupping and sauna bathing.

The nurse who cupped my body explained that there are certain points that are most important to cup, generally there are 7 points. Performing cupping on these seven points can prevent and treat various diseases in the body.

One by one, the cupping tool began to draw the blood on my body, I asked to see it directly. I saw a lot of thick blood like jelly coming out of my body, I just hope that God will give me healing with the efforts I made today.

My body finished cupping, I went to the cashier's desk to pay for the treatment that had been given, the cost per person was 120,000 IDR.

🛞 Changing a punctured motorcycle tire

In the evening I wanted to go out for a while to buy coffee, but unfortunately my motorcycle tire could not be invited to be friendly anymore, he continued to leak air even though I had filled it several times.

I have also filled it with liquid so that it can cover the empty gaps, but what else can I do besides the tire flower that has thinned, the condition has also bubbled a lot.

After I consulted with the repairman he suggested replacing the new motorcycle tires, I agreed and he immediately carried out the installation process.

The cost of one rear tire unit amounted to 230,000 IDR, and the installation service fee was 30,000 IDR. Finally, I can walk safely without any disturbances anymore.
