Warmest greetings from my own part of the world (Nigeria). Hope you all are doing good, I am good too!

I would like to say thank you to @fantvwiki for hosting the contest. Now I invite my friends to join this contest, @ninapenda and @starrchris.

For you, it is important to remember the past, or vice versa, the past must be forgotten. Give me your opinion.

In my own opinion,,, I think remembering the past in some cases is good, whereas also forgetting the past in other cases in good, all depending on the situation you are!

I said remembering the past is good in some cases because,,

There are a lot of mistakes or rather experiences that we might have had in the past that when we remember them we tend to learn from it.

When we remember our past atimes, it enable us to make reasonable decisions that will help us in the future and then we will be able to avoid such mistakes again.

Furthermore, past cannot be totally forgotten to some extent, so when we remember the past, it serves as memories to us.

Forgetting the past in the other hand is also good because,,,

When you hold on to the past, you won't be able to explore new things and embrace change, therefore the best thing to do is to forget about the past, in order to move forward.

You will be able to stay focused and plan for the future better when you let go of the past.

There are a lot of negative emotions as well that comes with the past, so they only way you can heal fast, is to forget about those negative emotions and let go of the past!

If there was a Time Machine. What moments would you like to see again, from the past that you have gone through? Tell us about that moment.

The moment I will like to see again from the past is my secondary school days.

Secondary school life is the best life so far to me, there are a lot of funny and childish things we did back then in secondary school that each time I sit back and think of the amazing memories we had then, I feel as if they should take back the hand of time and make me a secondary school students again.....

But it is so unfortunate that it cannot really happen because time has gone already, it been four years now I graduated from secondary school, and I have missed every bit of the memories, that I so wish it comes again!!

You have to think about the future or just let it flow. Give your opinion.

Thinking about the future and letting it flow are all important.

In my own opinion,, I think, thinking about the future is very important because, you can only have a successful future when you think and plan for it.

You will be able to prepare for the challenges ahead of you, you will be able to set attainable and achievable goals and plan well on how to achieve them and also you will become so innovative by thinking about the future.

Just letting the future flow on the other hand is also good because; there are alot of uncertainty that comes with the future.

Therefore, letting it flow will save you from unnecessary anxiety and releive you from a whole lot of stress.
You will be able to stay more focus about the present moment and also, you will be able to adapt easily and be well prepared to handle future uncertainties.

Thinking about the future and also letting it flow can help you scale through life, despite it complexity.

In your opinion, that bad past is an experience for the future. (True or not) why?

A bad past can be a beneficial experience for the future in differs ways which includes:

1. It will help you to be able to handle challenging situations that might happen in the future.

2. It can lead to personal growth and development.

3. When you reflect on the past mistakes, it can give you hints into what went wrong and it will teach you how to avoid same mistakes in the future.

4. Bad past, will make you become more grateful for the present and the good times you are currently in.

By simply learning from our bad past experiences, we can change them into good lessons that will end up improving our future actions and decision making.
