MY REACTION AFTER BEING ACCUSED

Hello a warm good afternoon to all my follow steemians in this community, it's my pleasure to partake in this interesting contest based on our reactions when we are being accused.

ACCUSATIONS IN MY OWN WORDS:

From my own personal experience on this this issue. I must say that accusations is a deliberate act saying something bad or negative about not just anybody but in most cases about someone or a group of people with whom you may have had issues with. This is done intentionally to blackmail or tarnished one's good reputation.
Based on repeated cases of accusations and my own experience, I must say that any who accuses another person has one of this reasons or purpose in mind. One is to pay back the person back for any issues, problems or quarrels that must have occurred between the two. A second reason for this act of blackmail comes from someone who envies some other person who holds a higher position or enjoys a certain privilege that he (the accuser) eyes or desires. So by accusing or blackmailing the person who enjoys this desired position or privilege the accuser hopes to receive the said position or privilege.

A SITUATION WHEREBY I WAS ACCUSED
OF SOMETHING

I happen to be among those who have been accused wrongly by someone with whom I had an issue with. It all started when close my neighbour brought a puppy as a pet. But as the puppy grows into a dog it began to pose a big threat to people around including my own children. The situation was getting out of hand and all efforts to make this woman, that's my neighbour to term or chain her dog prove abortive. So one day when the said dog make an attempt to bite my children I was forced to confront her and the said confrontation lead to a heated quarrels that day. During the quarrels I out of anger threaten to deal with the said dog if something fast was not done. Well unfortunately for me a few days after the said heated quarrel with my neighbour the dog was said to be missing and guest who was said to be behind the act? (ME). Personally I was so confused, I tried so hard to defend myself but all to no avail given the fact that a few days earlier I had publicly threaten to deal with the now missing dog. Before a few days the news was all over the place and I was label a dog stealer. The matter was reported to the village council and I was asked to pay the sum of 40k to my neighbour for the missing dog. Through I was not happy but I had no choice but to comply with the decision of the council. I only for sometime in order to arrange the said money since the it was unexpectedly.

    WAS THE TRUTH FINALLY OUT:

Thanks to God, the truth finally came out. It all happened when a young man came to my neighbour house in her absence with the missing dog. But since this my neighbour was not at home, the young man left the massage that she (my neighbour) should come and carry her dog from his own house because the dog becoming a real threat to people around. So upon further investigation it was realised that my neighbour secretly carried his dog in the night to his distance cousin's house and later pretended as if the dog was missing all in an effort to blackmail or accuse me of stealing or harming his dog just to get back at me and my family because of the heated quarrel we had.

                    MY REACTION:

As a person I was so angry and upset with my neighbour about this but my beloved wife tried so much to put things in order. We had to report the new development to the same village council who summons her to appear before the before council but due to shame she refused to appear. But about two weeks she finally appear before the council with the excuse that she was busy with work. To cut the long story short, she was asked to pay for drinks, yams and a goat for refusing to appear before the council. She was also asked to pay me the same 40k for intentionally accusing me falsely. The council chairman also uses the occasion to warm me and all in attendance of the the for one to be careful of what we say when we are angry as such things many be later be used against us just as it happened in my case. Well my dear wife pleaded with me not to collect the said money but should thank God that the truth is out and that our names have been cleared and that was I did.

               IS IT RIGHT TO HATE:

Well to me as person I don't think it's right or proper to hate someone who may have accused us wrongly even when it was done intentionally as it was in my own case. Personally I will advice that we avoid such ones completely and tried to keep a self distance from them.
