10 tips you might not know
1/ Temporary File Access:
• Open the file in Google Drive.
• Click "Share."
• Enter the recipient's email.
• Click the down arrow, choose "Add expiry," and set the date.
2/ Advanced Search in Google Drive:
• Go to http://drive.google.com
• Click the downward arrow in the search box
• Select the options you want to use to filter your search results
• Click Search
3/ Restore a deleted item:
• Navigate to Trash on the left. Here you'll see all your deleted files.
• Sort by "Trashed date" to see how long they've been there.
• Right-click the file you want back and click Restore.
4/ View keyboard shortcuts:
Press Ctrl + / on Windows or ChromeOS, or Command + / on Mac
5/ Change Folder Color:
• Go to http://drive.google.com
• Right-click the folder you want to change
• Click Organize
• Select a color from the Folder color options

6/ Change Notification Settings:
• Go to Settings then Notifications
• Check or uncheck the boxes to adjust settings.
7/ Receive Google Drive Item Updates via Email
• Click Settings in the top right corner
• Click Notifications in the left panel
• Check the box next to Get all updates about Google Drive items via email
8/ Upload, organize, and share with ease:
• Click New in the top left
• Click File Upload or Folder Upload
• Choose the file or folder you want to upload
• Drag files into the Google Drive folder
9/ Limit File Sharing:
• Select the file or folder in Google Drive
• Click Share and Settings
• Uncheck Viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print, and copy
10/ Updated priority settings:
• Click the Settings gear icon
• Select the General tab
• Scroll down to Suggestions
• Check the Make Priority my default home page box
• Click Done
