Transportation preference depends on a lots of things. Not every transport suit every person. For example, many people I met in my life who has vomiting issues when they travel by bus.

Fortunately I don't have such problems with any form of transport and as a traveler I enjoy my travels in every form of public and private transport. Let me talk about it more by answering few interesting questions that I found on this topic.

What is your preferred mode of daily transport and why?

When I had 9-5 job, I travelled by bus daily and bus can be my most preferred mode of daily transport because it is available and there are many ladies seat reserved inside the bus and that is really very impressive to me.

As a lady I feel safe and comfortable when I get ladies seats inside the bus. Maybe this is the reason behind choosing bus as my preferred daily transport. Journey by bus has both pros and cons and many prefer this more.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of using your preferred transport method?

Well as I already said that bus journey has both pros and cons and now I'm going to mention some of them. First of all, bus is available and affordable for common people living in the city. Bus has first mileage and capacity of holding large number of passengers. We have no need to stand on line for the ticket as we can pay to a bus contractor.

Now let me mention some disadvantages of bus journey, people crowd inside the bus and thieves mostly steal mobile phones, money bags and many valuable accessories in the crowd. The traffic jam doesn't allow bus to run when train has no traffic jam issues. Many bus drivers smoke cigarette and doesn't care about passengers like me who can't tolerate the smoke.

Cost is very affordable in the bus for all kind of passengers. The cost will depend on mileage and sometimes the rent is fixed for specific bus stopage. The minimum cost start with 10 taka (Approximately 0.34 steem and 0.08 USD) and buses inside the city can charge maximum 50 taka (Approximately 1.74 steem and 0.42 USD).

Have you ever considered switching to another mode of transport? If yes, why? If no, why not?

Well yes I've switched my transport preference mode many times and I choose train over the bus many times to save my time on traffic jam. Actually I prefer all kind of transport but bus is affordable and available so mostly preferred this.
