Ingredients
- 16 leaves baby gem lettuce, about 1 head
- 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, grated (about 40g)
- 3 radishes, grated, sliced or julienned (about 20g)
- 1/2 cup shredded radicchio (about 15g)
- 2 tablespoons miso caesar dressing
- 1 ounce grated parmesan (optional)
Steps
- Lay lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
- In a large bowl, combine hard boiled egg, carrot, radishes, radicchio and caesar dressing. Mix well.
- Spoon dressed salad onto each leaf. Sprinkle with parmesan (if using) and serve.
