Hello my beautiful steem friends,Today I will like to teach you guys on how to prepare my favorite traditional meal from the village of Meta in the Northwest Region of Cameroon.

Ingredients
*medium cocoyam (Taro)
crayfish
palm oil
cup packed kale (or bitterleaf)
salt to taste
maggi to taste
onion
scotch bonnet (or habanero)
Pepper
Bushmeat
Leaks

Procedure
Peel cocoyams, wash and cut into chunks. Transfer into a Pot
Blend pepper and onions with about a tablespoon of water. Add into sauce pan with water. Add salt and maggi, bushmeat and bring to a gently simmer
Simmer for about 20 minutes , stirring occasionally. Add more water about 1/4 cup at a time if necessary. Then add palm oil, kale, a little more water and cook for an additional 15 minutes until coco yams are tender. Adjust seasoning and enjoy
