Spinach Mash || Bangla Chef Special Recipe

Friends, Not everyone likes Spinach, because in today's modern world people want to eat more flavorful foods but try to avoid Spinach as much as possible. In particular, no one wants to give up the taste of fast food and does not want to eat vegetables. What a strange equation in this age of technology!

However, my family and I try to eat more Spinach. The reason is that we are health conscious, but we also like fast food but to a certain extent, it never goes to extremes. Although we know that fast food is causing a lot of problems nowadays, we still do not want to give up the taste. This is our true condition.

However, we and the people of our country prefer Spinach more and try to eat them in different ways. In this case, we follow a variety of traditions. Today I will share with you such a traditional food recipe. Let's see the simple Bengali method of recipe.

The necessary ingredients are-

• Khesari spinach
• Green pepper
• Onions
• Garlic and
• Salt

Preparation method

I have already said that this is the Bengali method, because the method of eating is different in the tradition and the region, due to which our method is also somewhat different. Although we do not use these methods to make all kinds of food, there are exceptions in some cases.

Step-1
First we clean the Spinach well and then cut them into small pieces, then it will be easier for us to cook. You can easily understand by looking at the above picture.

Step-2
Then we will boil the Spinach in a pan, because it is important to boil the Spinach when making mash. However, when boiling the Spinach, we will add raw pepper, onion, garlic and salt.

Step-3
Once boiled, the amount will decrease a lot, and then we will take them down and wait a while for them to cool down. Then I will try to make a nice paste of these. But we will follow our native method in this case.

Step-4
See the scenes above, how we made a paste of these. This is how we make a paste of any food with two pieces of stone. However, if you want, you can make a paste in blend or any other way. Then take it on a small plate and enjoy its great taste.

Needless to say you can check the taste of this filling anyway. But in our country we usually prefer to eat this kind of mash with bread or hot rice. Bengali food, so there must be some differences.
