MISINTERPRETATION OF INTROVERT & WHAT SHOULD AN INTROVERT DO?

There's one myth between individuals that introverts are persons who don't have social skills and know how to communicate with society. And extroverts, social butterflies, destined to 'spring up in the rays of glory.' Our perception is strongly dependent on social opinion, so a fixation with this is not totally correct.

Introverts are not usually asocial or private, contrary to popular opinion. They're excellent listeners and watchers. These individuals are not likely to interfere in the conversation maelstrom, but rather listen patiently and evaluate the situation in their heads, while the extroverts would always jump and offer their views. They prefer to receive information and topics and often surprise their contacts with their thoughts before starting a conversation and presenting their point of view.

How do we get rid of people's hostility? What must be done to notice and appreciate an introvert?

  • Leave the "comfort area," attempt to communicate more with the people around you, in order to gently dispel your aversion of society.

  • You don't have to think a million times in your thoughts about your weaknesses. "Something dumb can I say?" or "Nobody wants to speak to me." You must learn to quit thinking like this, think better.

  • The strength of our imagination sometimes we underestimate. Try to sit still and relax, and present pictures, pictures and scenarios. This creative visualization activity increases your self-esteem and strengthens a good self-image.

  • Stand in front of the mirror and see how you look before the speaker, how you will start talking, how you will start talking. - Stand in front of your mirror. This activity will help you to trust yourself more.

  • If you're still terrified of joining society, attempt to be like learning individually or consulting a psychotherapist. Your fear and your own will be helped by an expert specialist. Help you overcome your problems by cooperating.

It is crucial to bear in mind that because of your fear of being ignored you should not deny your qualities and abilities. This can lead to both mental and physical disease. Do not use damaging remedies such as alcohol consumption or smoking. You will face every difficulty, trust in yourself and try not to lose your composure, each person is powerful.
