Many people recommended this movie to me, and many others (who had not seen it), told me: I don't even see that crazy!

It's about the film of the man who was in charge of making McDonald's the huge multinational that it is today, which is not only a food company but is really focused on satisfying the customer, not only responding to their need but looking at the same time to differentiate itself from other fast-food chains, giving you joy and satisfaction.

But this is not a movie focused on McDonald's simply, the most important thing is in the qualities that Ray Kroc has to make this company what it's today.

Summary

To make the story short, Ray Kroc was a man who sold different things door-to-door, but when he met the brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald, he was selling smoothie machines.

Of course, he arrives at the first McDonald's after an order for mixers, the thing is that when he sees what these brothers were doing, he is surprised. It was a fast-food restaurant attended by a huge number of people, and that made a difference with the rest since it was self-service: you went to the cashier, paid, received your order, and sat where you wanted to eat.

Ray Kroc saw the potential of this place and insisted the brothers work to expand it. Ray's unstoppableness was far from the comfort of the McDonalds brothers, who for a time tried to keep up with the now millionaire businessman, but then ended up giving in, since Ray had practically taken over McDonald's due to his faith that the restaurant had all the characteristics to expand throughout the US and beyond its borders.

Teaching

Throughout the film, you will only see how this man is permanently guided by persistence. To carry out his plans and achieve his goals, he listened to a recording all the time that spoke to him of persistence.

He was an unstoppable man. His life may have seemed cold in some respects, but his goal went much further than what was agreed upon and demanded by society. He knew that he could think big and that keeping doing and finding his way would improve his life.

And so it was that a door-to-door salesman, a beginning businessman, became the father of what the whole world knows today as McDonald's.

Other comments

I know that there are many prejudices in this regard because many people see businessmen as bad guys. They are the rich ones, those who employ others, who accumulate millions while their workers can barely live.

But I see it very differently. An entrepreneur is an intelligent person, who works consistently and tirelessly to achieve their goals. He or she is a dreamy person who knows that he can do more, and above all else, s/he knows what s/he wants and will not stop until he gets it.

There is much to learn from them, and this movie hasn't even a second of wasting time, you learn from scratch.

Muchas personas me recomendaron esta película, y muchas otras (que no la habían visto), me dijeron: yo ni loco/a veo eso!!

Se trata de la película del hombre que se encargó de hacer de McDonald's la enorme multinacional que es hoy, que no se queda solo en ser una empresa de comida, sino que se enfoca realmente en satisfacer al cliente, no sólo respondiendo a su necesidad, sino buscando al mismo tiempo diferenciarse de las otras cadenas de comida rápida, brindándole alegría y satisfacción.

Pero esta no es una película enfocada en McDonald's simplemente, lo más importante está en las cualidades que tiene Ray Kroc para hacer de esta empresa lo que es hoy.

Resumen

Para resumir un poco la historia, Ray Kroc era un hombre que se dedicaba a la venta de puerta en puerta de distintas cosas, pero cuando conoció a los hermanos Richard y Maurice McDonald, vendía máquinas para hacer batidos.

Por supuesto que llega al primer McDonald's tras un pedido de batidoras, el tema es que cuando ve lo que estos hermanos estaban haciendo, queda sorprendido. Se trataba de un restaurante de comida rpida al que concurría una enorme cantid de gente, y que marcaba la diferencia con el resto, ya que era autoservicio: ibas a la caja, pagabas, recibías tu pedido, y te sentabas donde quisieras a comer.

Ray Kroc vio el potencial de este lugar, e insistió a los hermanos en que trabajaran para expandirlo. La imparabilidad de Ray distaba mucho de la comodidad de los hermanos McDonald's, quienes por un tiempo intentaron seguirle el paso al hoy millonario empresario, pero luego terminaron por ceder, ya que Ray, prácticamente se había apropiado de McDonalds debido a su fe de que el restaurante tenía todas las características para expandirse por todo Estados Unidos y más allá de sus fronteras.

Enseñanza

A lo largo de la película no harás más que ver cómo este hombre es guiado por la persistencia de manera permanente. Para llevar adelante sus planes y alcanzar sus objetivos, escuchaba todo el tiempo una grabación que le hablaba de persistencia.

Él era un hombre imparable. Su vida puede haber parecido fría en algunos aspectos, pero su objetivo iba mucho más allá que lo pactado y demandado por la sociedad. El sabía que podía pensar en grande y que mantenerse haciendo y buscando el camino, iba a mejorar su vida.

Y así fue que un vendedor de puerta en puerta, un empresario principiante, se convirtió en el padre de lo que hoy el mundo entero conoce como McDonald's.

Otros comentarios

Sé que hay muchos prejuicios al respecto, porque muchas personas ven a los empresarios o empresarias como los/las malos/as de la película. Son los de plata, los que emplean a otros, los que acumulan millones mientras sus trabajadores apenas pueden vivir.

Pero yo lo veo muy distinto. Un empresario/a es una persona inteligente, que trabaja de manera consistente e incansable para lograr sus metas. Es una persona soñadora que sabe que puede más, y por sobre todas las cosas, sabe lo que quiere y no parará hasta conseguirlo.

Hay mucho que aprender de ellos y ellas, y esta película, no tiene desperdicio, aprendés desde el momento cero.
