Even if she dresses half naked;
Even if she walks about naked;
Even if she dresses seductively;
Even if she boasts of how undefeatable she is sexually;
Even if she walks alone in odd hours and places;
Even if she visits a man alone;
Even if she is well endowed and obviously irresistible;

And other funny reasons that the society and the pervert may give to pull off the robe of blame from himself, no victim of rape, regardless of the age and situations surrounding it deserves to be raped.

Let's look at this simple and practical analogy.

An owner of an apartment, either by commission or omission leaves the door of his apartment open. A thief walks in, takes all the valuables in the apartment.

Who should be blamed for the stolen items? The thief or the owner of the stolen items?

I know what the principle of CAUSES and EFFECTS entails, but it does not apply in all cases. There are always some exceptions to every rule.

No one understands the emotional torture that accompanies being raped than the victim. No victim of a rape act ever remains the same.

Just if, if the society and ALL her members can summon the courage to call things by their real names, maybe, rape acts may have been drastically reduced. Victims may have been courageous enough to speak out timely. But who wants to be subjected to any blame whatsoever, when one is a victim of that which the person is directly or indirectly blamed for?

Rape is morally bad.
Rape is religiously unacceptable.
Rape is humanly abominable.
Rape is logically pathetic and intolerable.

No rapist deserves to live an extra second when caught.

Drastic situations demand drastic measures.

For as many that have been victimized in this inhumane act, be strong.

Speak to someone who cares to listen. Not just someone, but someone who has sense, who won't ask you 101 questions in the process.

To me in cases the both parties would be blamed

@basky14, really? How so? Give your reasons. Let's start from there.

Ok for example have seen most case of girls coming to a boy's house she slept over and come back complaining that the guy raped her. In the first place the girl dont want sex at that time but going to a guys house and sleep over what would u expect?
