The human being by nature is creative, since the beginning of time has had to implement a series of creative processes that has allowed him to evolve and prevail over time, if we are clear that there are no limits to creativity, that if you believe you can achieve it, everything is in you in your conviction, in the perseverance and the effort you put to life to achieve it, we were created to be free, prosperous and blessed.

Creativity:

Understanding that creativity is the capacity that all human beings possess to create ideas that allow us to improve our environment and provide us with a better quality of life. However, even though we are all creative, some of us manage to develop creativity more than others, and everything will depend on the environment in which they develop, their values, culture, customs, and traditions, all these factors and their conviction are the ones that will guarantee the achievement of the objectives.

Creativity at Work:

Now, when we talk about labor creativity, it is no different since everything will depend on the environment of the company, its values and norms, the culture and customs that exist within the organization, the qualities that the individual has, and the strategies implemented by the management to encourage and increase the production of ideas within its employees, ensuring the evolution of the company and allowing the innovation of new products or services. or improving existing ones.

However, sometimes we find individuals resistant to change, who bring their own norms, values and beliefs, and refuse to accept the evolution of the company, as well as the implementation of new technology and the creation of new products or services, leading the organization to endless problems, and preventing them from being able to maintain themselves over time.

It is for this reason that it is necessary to implement an innovative culture within the organization, which leads to the motivation of positive attitudes within its employees, consolidating their professional ethics, creating a sense of belonging and relevance and improving its organizational climate.

There are some organizations that stimulate the development of ideas of their workers, making the productive process more dynamic, achieving a positive impact for the organization within its costs.

Some of these stimuli can be.

  • Providing economic incentives to their workers, for the development of new ideas.
  • Public recognition for their good work.
  • Being empathetic, (helping him/her to solve the personal problem).
  • Allowing different opinions and ideas.
  • Accepting failures, (without criticizing or harming the employee).
  • Providing them with new technology tools.
  • Allowing time for recreation.
  • Listen to suggestions.
  • Accept criticism.
  • Offering workshops on professional growth, motivation, teamwork, effective communication and relaxation.

    Undoubtedly, it has been the creativity of the human being that today has led us to global evolution, and the demands of consumers, have led organizations to create a competitive and creative culture, implementing new technological and innovative processes, to ensure the positioning of their products or services in the market, and at the same time organizations manage to stay in time.
