What is fitness ?

Fitness means celebrating and maintaining our body. It means self-love, working on our own body brings satisfaction and induces good mood. Doing physical activity like exercise, jogging and walk etc., makes us conscious about our health , reduces the risk of many diseases , helps us to stay focused on our work instead of being lazy all the time.

Effect of following fitness routine on our lives:

It brings fulfilment and energy in our lives ,makes us strong and inspirational.
Celebrating days like fitness day is actually a very cool concept of being together on parks, gyms or wherever we can perform physical activity to inspire and motivate each other to get in shape and reduce extra weight, it makes more social and you connect with people doing same fitness routine as you.
People who are really not into any kind of physical activity and not following any fitness routine can get inspiration when they will see many people celebrating such a day dedicated to just fitness.
Maintaining our body figure by exercise makes us look really beautiful , and when we look beautiful we become confident and it helps to enjoy our lives to fullest.
Fitness freaks are the most energetic people you will ever meet.

Healthy body and well being mind:

Physical activity and work on your body helps to connect your mind and body , the more your body becomes active ,the more your mind gets sharpen. It helps to focus on our thinking and clears our mind.

Different methods of keeping you fit:
Everyone has a different routine of maintaining their fitness and each way is great.
Some like to go for a morning walk ,or jogging.
Some like to dance on a music like ballet, zumba, and jazz etc.
Some like to go in a gym and get their workout scheduled by some trainer .
Some like to follow fitness applications in their phone /laptop and workout themselves in their own space .
It doesn’t matter what Procedure and method you are following the only thing that matters is how are you being affected by your workout routine.

An energetic environment:

Laziness always comes with off mood and low energy all the time whereas when you start following fitness routine it brings pleasure and makes one happy with a charming mood. Schools and colleges should really built a healthy concept of importance of fitness routines in lives in minds of children so

that we see a lot of fit people around us taking care of themselves instead of lazy people roaming around with no inspiration and concept of celebrating what their bodies can do.
