How much effort is needed to sow a seed of tomorrow?
How much effort is needed to walk without deviating or stumbling?
Fading after a mishap,
The crushing impotence,
The overwhelming sadness,
Despair so bright.
No struggle without torment
Nor tribulation without stumbling,
Where there is a search,
There must be an effort,
Diligent,
Constant,
Just like the dawn,
A drop of water in the seed every morning.
It is not enough to want,
It is not enough to think,
An "I want" is not enough,
Much less a maybe,
An afterthought is not enough,
A tomorrow is not enough,
It must be now,
And get the work going,
Start walking.

No hay lucha sin tormento

Debe haber un esfuerzo,
Diligente,
Constante,
Así como el alba,
Una gota de agua en la semilla cada mañana.
No es suficiente querer,
No es suficiente pensar,
No es suficiente un “yo quiero”,
Mucho menos un quizás,
No es suficiente un después,
No es suficiente un mañana,
Debe ser ahora,
Y dar marcha a la obra,
Empezar a caminar.
