STARGAZER

But you were busy chasing stars.
And I don't think,
That you'd ever think,
That I am here;
That I am, too,
A dot in your constellation.

And I'm some pathetic stargazer,
Talking to the moon,
Telling the stars,
About you,
About her,
About me.

You know why I'm jealous
Of the moon and the sea?
It is every time
They look at each other.
You never look at me
The same way.
