I have made it a habit of my life not to skip the morning walk. There are many benefits to walking in the morning. Physical fitness is maintained and body fatigue is also removed and the body remains active.
During the walk I get to see something new every day. Today I saw a tube well from which water was coming out very fast and the crops were getting soaked. I was very happy to see this view of nature. And it was clear that I wanted to sit with my feet in the water

Such clean water is found only in some parts of Pakistan. Our area is one of those areas where there is clean drinking water in our area and clean water is also given to the crops. There are many benefits of drinking clean water.
Drinking clean water maintains health and many diseases can be controlled. Most of the diseases nowadays are caused by not drinking clean water.
And some diseases are caused by watering the crops with dirty water. The crops that are watered with dirty water include many diseases which are harmful to human health due to the use of clean water which Vegetables are fruits, etc. Eating them maintains health
And many diseases can be prevented

We have groundwater at a distance of one hundred feet. The tubes we have are installed on a soft. This tube that you saw is also at a distance of one hundred feet.
First by digging a pit which is ten feet in length and then by drilling in the ground, water has been extracted from a depth of 90 feet. The taps, pumps etc. installed in our houses are at 60 feet.
