The Quran: A Wonderful Treasure of Knowledge, Counselling and Motivation
My Favorite Book: The Quran
I would like to take this opportunity to share with you one of the greatest books in history the Quran. This book, being holy scripture of Muslims all over the globe is not only an essential religious work but also a valuable rapture of knowledge, direction and encouragement which has influenced hundreds of millions of people all over the world during the past centuries.
Why I Like This Book?
1. Divine Revelation
The Quran is a holy scripture, which everybody knows is the direct word of the Almighty, which was sent to the last Prophet, Muhammad (PBUH) through the agency of the Arch-Angel Jibril – over a period of twenty three years. This divine source of the Quran makes it stand out from every other book of its kind in that it is a guide, treasure trove of knowledge and source of inspiration to Muslims.
2. Timeless Wisdom
Another reason I find this book interesting is that it has something that is useful regardless of time or space. There are topics discussed in the Quran which include but not limited to; conduct, interactions, family, ethics, justice, fairness and rights, and aims of life. It will suffice to mention, that the knowledge and the advice given in it, are still as topical today, as they were 1,400 years ago.
3. In simple and even boring words: Call to Reflect on the Creation
source
The Quran challenges us to open our eyes and look at the sky, the stars, the water and the air, the earth and all that is upon it. This call to account for creation is the call to wake up to the actuality of the creation, that is to respond to the existence of the Creator and consider beauty and complexity of the creation.
4. The following ares of encouragement addressed people to seek more knowledge.
The Quran gives credit to knowledge and wisdom and asks people to gain learning and awareness of the surrounding environment. Such mentality favored the presentation of many sexual cultural and intellectual successes during the Muslim countries historical development.
5. Message Of Peace and Unity In The Large Group
The themes of the Quran are clear and positive—letting there be light and therefore coexistence and social justice for all people. It is a statement on who people should be compassionate to based on their own color, their race or social status; everyone is of great value and it will always want people to be compassionate to people. This message of peace and togetherness is vital now than it was in the old days with manifold problems that threaten the existence of man and his world.
Here’s Why: Any 2 Reasons?
1. A guiding light that gives birth to creativity is God?
A reason I advocate for the Quran is that it provides wisdom to the reader on issues that people face in their lives. The Quran holds the key to the biggest questions of life and gives hope for every human being that seeks it. In addition, it is very practical that one can implement them into his/ her everyday life hence can be of great value for character building and spirituality.
2. Heating up One’s Partnership with the Creator
The third benefit that I invite others to read, and I myself do read when possible, is the fact that the Quran is actually a book of direction, where one could get closer to their Creator and find solace and meaning in life. The Quran tells people how to practise with prayers and and through calling upon, meditating and contemplating, to help them communicate directly with God, to grow their knowledge of who they are and their creator.
Hence, the Quran is a book that mesmerized me with its wisdoms, guidance, and wonderful stories. It has assisted me in managing my daily life trials, afflictions and personal relationships, and overall it teaches of love, hope and belief in the Creator. For these reasons, I incontestably state that Quran is a book of God which has the power to change countless men and women’s life span, irrespective of their belief or ethnic background.
