Torum is already attracting critics - a sign that others are feeling threatened.

One Hiver went as far as calling Torum an ERC-20 "shitcoin" - as if he was some kind of "shitcoin prophet".

If he'd bothered to peruse Torum's White Paper beforehand and read about Torum's plans for their own blockchain and XTORUM exchange, maybe he would not have opened his mouth sans engaging his brain.

"As a contrarian, I believe this incident should be taken as a GOOD Sign.

The threatened, guilty dog lashes out first.

It marks an advancement in the stages of public adoption - the overt and covert spread of misinformation.

I know it sucks.

But I trust you'll take the high road of integrity based policy.

Any rash action will only appear to justify the adolescent rubbish being published.

Unfortunately, this is only the beginning of the "claim and defame" game.

In the real world of cut throat business, pleasing everyone is simply an unrealistic expectation. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions - no matter how asinine they may be.

That's why they're called fanboys anyway (short for mindless, juvenile "fanatics").

Prepare yourself emotionally. Add a few more layers of skin now. And don't take any of it personally.

The majority of the so-called "experts" producing derogatory statements about Torum in the future will be the media puppets of someone else - paid drones that probably don't harbor any personal opinions either way about TORUM, just doing what someone is rewarding them to do.

The few obnoxious and obsessive critics will only gain credence if their drivel can actually be substantiated with facts.

Remember that I predicted a slew of forthcoming TORUM wannabes and brazen TORUM knockoffs.

Again, it would be wise to grow thick skin now and polish your mental armor."

The only thing that I can compare the good vibes on Torum to are the Pre-ArmaJeddon days on the old XRP forums - the whole place energized with the excitement of being early adopters and having a genuinely fun time creating online relationships with honest, intelligent and supportive people.

So, hats off to Torum's success and surpassing their 10K user milestone.

Believing that school was too boring, he dropped out of High School early; only to earn an AA, BS and MBA in less than 4 years much later in life – while working full-time as a Navy/Marine Corps Medic.

In spite of a fear of heights and deep water, he performed high altitude, free-fall parachute jumps and hazardous diving ops in deep, open ocean water.
