Salutations.
I am JaiChai.
And if I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you before, I'm delighted to make your acquaintance now.
I invite you to interact with everyone, learn, and have as much fun as possible!
For my returning online friends, "It's always great to see you again!
Bobby was confused - again.
He joined the new AzzenndUp social media platform a few weeks ago.
But it's been a rough road. He managed to break one rule after another on a weekly basis.
He collected a buttload of daily downvotes. If being in negative territory were possible, he would've been there days ago.
According to the AzzenndUp support channel, his latest crime was violating some sacred "80% Rule".
Huh? WTF? Bobby was still confused.
He'd never seen that in AzzEnndUp's white paper or website.
"Where is that spelled out?" he asked.
"In the 'Terms of Sentence ' that you agreed to when you joined. " replied the support rep.
Embarrassed, Bobby said, "Oh. Okay. Thanks for your assistance."
Eagerly, Bobby read the "Terms of Sentence Agreement". Then he read it a second time.
Frustrated, he did an article search of each page for "80% rule ", "eighty", "eighty percent rule", etc.
Then he ran everything again using capitalized first letters, and finally, with all caps.
Result of the searches?
A perfect "goose egg" , "0", zip, zero, nada!
That search was like hunting the Yeti - utterly futile.
In the end, Bobby was still confused.

Apparently, memo type, micro-blogs are more popular than other types of posts here.
Why?
In a risk-averse, paranoid place run by the BN (Blogger Nazi), it's best to continue the trend of kiss-ass nepotism, recreational downvoting as a pack, acquiescing to non-codified and purely subjective rules (a.k.a. straight out of the enema zone) and platform-wide xenophobia.

Believing that school was too boring, he dropped out of High School early; only to earn an AA, BS and MBA in less than 4 years much later in life – while working full-time as a Navy/Marine Corps Medic.
In spite of a fear of heights and deep water, he performed high altitude, free-fall parachute jumps and hazardous diving ops in deep, open ocean water.
After 24 years of active duty, he retired in Asia.
Since then, he's been a full-time, single papa and actively pursuing his varied passions (Writing, Disruptive Technology, Computer Science and Cryptocurrency - plus more hobbies too boring or bizarre for most folk).
He lives on an island paradise with his girlfriend, teenage daughter and two dogs.
