Prayer should be something we do everyday. It should be part of our spiritual disciplines like Bible reading and attending church when possible.

Some of what you wrote doesn't make sense. Like, "Every lost battle leaves the soul unprotected." If Jesus is my Lord and Savior then my soul is never unprotected.
