Reading passage:- John 15:1-2

I.am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

2.Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

From the passage above we can see that before any branch us cut off it means it is not bearing fruit and before the husbandman which is God decides to prune a branch that means that branch is producing fruit, so for it to produce more fruit it has to be pruned.

I can remember how my dad cuts off a flower that doesn't look attractive but yet trims or dresses the one the looks attractive and beautiful, that's exactly what God does.
Yes you can't be connected to his son which is the try vine and bears no fruit and you expects him to allow you stay there, totally no, he has to cut you off.

Now hear is what the Bible says in Matthew 13:23

23.But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

Even if you can't bear fruit in hundredfold, you can bear in sixty or thirty gradually you will grow from thirty to sixty and then to hundredth but the Paramount thing is that you should just grow and bear fruit, don't be stagnant, not bearing fruit at all. God demands us to be fruitful, that was why he commanded us to Genesis 1:28, that we should be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth.

Take your mind back to the story 21:18-19

18.Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.

19.And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

Jesus expected to see fruit on the tree being that it blossomed so well but Jesus was disappointed because the tree didn't bear fruit.
Some will say it wasn't the season for the tree to bear fruit, but I tell you, that we have no excuse what so ever not to bear fruit, why because are are all fix up to Jesus and he doesn't dry up, if he is the true vine, note the word "true" and we are the branch connected to him then tell me why we shouldn't be fruitful.

Having read this which do you prefer cutting off or pruning, choose one. But as your sister I will ask you to choose pruning.
I submit to you that its better to be pruned than to be cut off totally.

May God help us, Amen.

I remain
