In my own perspective,I will like to say that Cash crop is a plant that is grown to be sold for a profit.
It is more important than for the farmer's to plant for consumption.
To the best of my to my knowledge, Cash crops are a major part of modern agriculture,it play a better rules in to days agricultural development.
So never one denote agriculture
Corn is one of the cash crops that give Common man money when doing good investment at it normal season.

To me as a man I like investing on corn cultivation which is one is one of the driving cash crops in my country, but people don't understand the secret behind it. How it works is about having a big plot of land and capital to invest. People will say it is capital intensive but when started it some where there will be gained

Looking at the whole process of cultivation of corn , some one most have a clear and a good vertile soil which will encourage growth and maturity.

To my best knowledge about corn cultivation time to plant corn is depends on the region and climate.
But it's usually in the spring and in Nigeria When to plant corn is March 15 to April in Forest zone or when rainfall is steady
There is also dry season planting of maize

Maize cultivation is a great source of income and a driving economy cash crop.

This cash crop is used for different types of food production and even animal feeds,so it nice to invest,as we are about entering the season of planting in Nigeria South South of the Mangrove swamp Forest.
