I practice commercial farming; commercial farming is a large-scale agriculture system where crops and livestock are raised for sale in the market rather than for per Sonal uses. The main goal of commercial farming is to generate profit by maximizing yield and using and using resources efficiently. Commercial farming is different from subsistence farming, where farmers produce enough food for their consumption; commercial farming is also known as agribusiness because of its business-oriented nature

****Why do you prefer this kind of farming to others?****

I prefer commercial over others because it is for sale, and you resolve your problem and can still from there; farming practices known as subsistence farming aim to produce just enough food for the farmers and themselves, with a little surplus for sale. In commercial farming, crops and livestock are raised to be sold.

****What has been your biggest challenge in the area since you began this aspect of farming?****

In recent years ago, I lost many of my crops like maize I bought maize 6000 thousand naira I play it on the farm, and bush birds Started eating it, lost that money that year, then I Lost my melon because rainfall, the melon do pass stage of photosynthesis, I also Lost my yam because of the soil is not fertile.

****Can you share your useful tips with your readers on how to be successful in this area of farming weather crop or livestock?***

I have achieve a lot in commercial farming system,I started farming in 2017 in a small piece of land with low of money, I started farming with 8 seedlings, i pray to God and o lord help let my cr to grow well, after plating those seedlings, 7 to 8 I harvested 13 tubers of yam and 24 seedlings that year was a successful year.
