I've been wondering for a long time that recirculating air systems could be circulating the virus, the filters on some older systems just aren't good enough and the systems aren't maintained properly with so many staff cuts in the healthcare system. With less and less staff there just isn't time for staff to do all the jobs that need to be done to keep hospitals as clean as they should be.
