Did you know some some people get their TVs professionally calibrated? It's true, but that kind of service is expensive and for most people won't offer enough of an improvement to justify the cost. You could also buy a setup disc like the Spears & Munsil UHD HDR or HD Benchmark Blu-rays, which have test patterns and instructions on how to adjust your screen. Even without a disc or a pro, however, you can get your picture quality looking better just using your eyes and the options available in your TV's settings menu. And it's completely free.
